What are the strange permissions requested when accepting my invitation?

When you're invited to a Tophhie Cloud private community, they are hosted on a service called Viva Engage. As part of this service, you are required to have a "Guest account" within our Microsoft environment.

When you log in for the first time, you are prompted to accept certain permissions before getting access to our environment. These is a standard Microsoft permission prompt, not one we have explicitly configured.

It will look like this...

To put your mind at ease, we cannot see the following when you accept these permissions:
  1. Any of your personal/private information, including:
    1. Contacts, Emails, Photos, Messages.
What we can see:
  1. Your name, email address, and profile photo (if you choose to upload one).
  2. Your activity and audit logs.
    1. This is limited to just activity you perform within the Tophhie Cloud environment. For example, we can see when you logged in, and what you did inside our services.
This screen will also link to our Privacy Policy, so you can review our privacy practices in further detail.

If you have any concerns at all, please do raise a support ticket and we'll gladly run through any questions you may have.
