What are the strange permissions requested when accepting my invitation?
When you're invited to a Tophhie Cloud private community, they are hosted on a service called Viva Engage. As part of this service, you are required to have a "Guest account" within our Microsoft environment.
When you log in for the first time, you are prompted to accept certain permissions before getting access to our environment. These is a standard Microsoft permission prompt, not one we have explicitly configured.

To put your mind at ease, we cannot see the following when you accept these permissions:
- Any of your personal/private information, including:
- Contacts, Emails, Photos, Messages.
What we can see:
- Your name, email address, and profile photo (if you choose to upload one).
- Your activity and audit logs.
- This is limited to just activity you perform within the Tophhie Cloud environment. For example, we can see when you logged in, and what you did inside our services.
