Resetting your Offline Data

If you're noticing that Marvelist is showing duplicate tasks or lists, it could potentially be because the Offline Data store has come out of sync. Resetting the Offline Data store can assist in resolving some of these issues.


Resetting your offline data couldn't be easier.


Instructions

  • Head on over to your Marvelist profile
    • You can reach this by tapping the profile icon in the top left-hand corner, on the main lists screen.
  • Tap the 'Settings' icon in the top right-hand corner (looks like a little cog).
  • Scroll down to 'Troubleshooting' and tap 'Reset Offline Data'.


You'll be asked to confirm that you want to go ahead and do this, tap 'Reset' if you're sure.


That's it!


Your Marvelist offline data has now been reset. New, fresh data will be downloaded as you navigate the app.
